We only collect the information necessary to provide and improve Isiroego. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't run advertising, and we don't use third-party tracking cookies — just one essential cookie that keeps you signed in.

Protecting your financial information is one of our highest priorities. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — never as text anyone could read, including us. Your card details never reach our servers: card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we keep only a token, the card brand and the last four digits.

We continuously improve our security practices to help safeguard your account and personal data. As the platform evolves, additional measures may be introduced to strengthen protection further.

Some features may use artificial intelligence to provide insights or educational guidance. Today, the numbers behind your forecasts and your health score are calculated by us directly — not generated by an AI model. Where AI is used, it explains figures we already computed rather than inventing them.

AI recommendations are designed to assist you, not to replace your judgement. You remain in control of every financial decision, and where appropriate we explain why a recommendation was made.

Whenever Isiroego asks for access to information or a permission, we aim to explain:

• What is being requested.
• Why it is needed.
• How it improves your experience.

We believe transparency builds trust.

You can export everything you've recorded — in CSV, PDF or Excel — at any time from Settings. If you ever want to leave, email us and we'll permanently erase your data. No retention pitch, no obstacle course.

Our goal is not only to help you track money — we also want to help you understand it. Where helpful, Isiroego may recommend short educational resources explaining the ideas behind budgets, savings, goals and financial habits.

Learning is optional. Your experience always remains in your control.

When verification is required, it is designed to improve trust, security and the quality of the platform. Verification processes may evolve as new features become available.

Some features rely on trusted third-party providers — for payments, hosting, email and error monitoring. We identify each of them, and what they're used for, in section 6 of our Privacy Policy. We review our providers regularly to make sure they continue to meet our standards.

Isiroego is improved through real user feedback, engineering reviews and security improvements. Our goal is long-term reliability rather than rapid feature releases.
