Terms of Service

Isiroego ("Isiroego", "we", "us") is operated by Nu Vibration Tech Hub LTD (RC 8902516), Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of the Isiroego website, app, and Telegram bot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Nigerian law to hold an account. If you add family members who are under 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, you consent on their behalf, and you are responsible for their use and data (see §7).

Isiroego helps you record and understand your own money decisions (income, spending, transfers, savings), with budgets, goals, a financial-health score, and rule-based insights. Isiroego is a personal record-keeping and information tool, not a bank, not a licensed financial adviser, and not a provider of investment, tax, or legal advice. Insights are automated and general; you are responsible for your financial decisions.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

New accounts receive a 14-day free Premium trial for which a card is captured at signup. The trial applies to Premium only; Platinum has no trial and is charged for its full term when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at ₦1,900 per month for Premium or ₦4,400 per month for Platinum, billed to your card via Paystack, until you cancel. Longer billing cadences are discounted and charged for the whole term in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Payments already made are non-refundable. If a renewal payment fails we will retry it; if it still does not succeed, your account returns to the Free plan and your data remains available. Prices may change with prior notice. Free features remain available without a subscription.

Card payments are processed by Paystack. Your full card details are entered on Paystack's secure page and are never stored by us — we retain only a payment token and limited card metadata (card brand and last four digits) to manage your subscription.

A Premium account holder (18+) may create a family workspace and add up to 6 members total. If you add a person under 18, you confirm you are their parent/guardian, you consent to our processing of their information for the Service, and you are responsible for their use. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to independently register or contract with us.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• breaking the law;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access;
• disrupting or overloading the Service;
• abusing the free trial (e.g., repeated fake signups);
• reverse-engineering; or using the Service to harm others.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate abusive use.

The financial entries and information you add are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Paystack, Telegram). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for them.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties. It may be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors, and computed figures depend on the accuracy of what you enter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nu Vibration Tech Hub LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to cover losses we reasonably incur from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
